Tea Bag Wisdom..

Hey wonderful souls!

By nature I am a seeker, a seeker of so may things, but the more I am on the journey of shedding old ways and things, I realize that I have far to often  sought after things outside of myself to fill me up, in ways that only I can be filled from within.

This tea tag reminds me of that and that we are often seeking satisfaction , acceptance and approval from other people, things, negative inner voices and food. Often times without even being aware of it, or the effect it has on us.  So the next time you are seeking something outside of yourself, stop and think if it’s something deeper and something you can fill for yourself.

I know that doesn’t mean we won’t ever shop, indulge, seek approval and acceptance from others, and that is ok. I am just suggesting that we go into it with a bit more self-awareness, check in with yourself next time and see where it is motivated from.

There is more I want to say on this, but it runs into a much deeper realization I have had in the last few months about self-worth that is a post brewing( hey tea humor, purely by accident!)  slowly in my mind that I hope to share with you in the near future..

I am thinking of doing a new feature of these tea tags and the wisdom they have , these are yogi tea tags and I have a ton of them. I take pictures of many of them and then I can use them in my journals. Maybe Tea Tag Tuesday or something like that!  Inspiration can come from seemingly unlikely resources!
