This week being nourished is on my mind… So I thought I would do a journal prompt on it.
What are 5 ways, things etc.. that make you feel nourished?
Mine are:
1-Drinking tea
2-Yoga
3-Journaling
4-Eating fresh food
5-Creating
Those are some of the things that make me feel nourished, what about you?
The next question to consider is how can you engage in those nourshing things on a regular basis?
