Hello Inspiring Souls!

Thank you for stopping by my little corner of the Web! I’m Heather, and I am so happy you are here! As a certified Dream Coach, and an Inspiration/Authentic Living Coach, I believe that connecting to our deepest and most creative Selves is critical to living our best, most powerful, lives.

My purpose in life is to learn to express myself fully and authentically, and to inspire others to do the same.

I greatly value connection, and much of what I do is geared toward connection; connecting you with your most authentic Self. Creativity is key to this, and we will share a journey that may include visual journaling (collage, paint, writing, and more), guided journal questions, e-courses as well as one-on-one coaching.

I live in the beautiful Monterey, CA area with my wonderful husband and a surprisingly entertaining pet turtle. In addition to many forms of journaling and creative arts, Photography  I also really  enjoy yoga, reading, and decaf tea of all kinds.

I am a seeker, who is passionate about connection. I am inspired (most of the time anyway!) and seek to be inspiring as well. I also strive to be a good listener.
