Vlog-Journal Prompt!

Hey Inspiring Souls!

Today is my first ever video for you all! I wanted to keep it short as I am not really all that comfortable doing them as of yet but I thought a perfect way to start would be to do some journal prompts a few times a month at least as a video!

I can tell you a bunch of things that are wrong with this video. I can point out all the imperfections of myself (like all the funny faces I make when I am thinking,distracted and nervous!) and it but you know I am posting it anyways. I choose to be brave in this moment and to keep with the theme of the prompt.. Going out of your comfort zone. I mean I have had doing a video on my list for at least a year or more- it’s time don’t ya think?!

Out of the box… Journal Prompt

Hey Beautiful Souls!

I was watching on Oprah’s Life Class recently an episode where she talks about stepping out of the box.  She talks about how  when you do your whole life expands, it opens you up to say if I can do this what else can I do, what if?

So that is the journal prompt this week.. What is one thing  that you can do to step out of the box in your life? For some it may be something really big for others it comes in the form of wearing a different outfit don’t judge what yours is, for now embrace it by owning it, then by doing it.. I would love it if you shared yours with me..

One of mine is… Join a group of local creatives in one of the gatherings they have.
