Hey Inspiring Souls!
It’s so easy to fall into the habit of constantly noticing what we are not doing, whats undone and where we feel like we are not good enough.
Today lets combat some of those thoughts with kind words. There are several different ways to do this:
1- What are some kind things people have said about you lately, or ever
2-Tell yourself some kind words. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and ask yourself… What do I most need to hear right now? Where can I affirm myself?
This would be a great thing to reference on a very very regular basis!
