Look at your morning routine, do you feel rushed? Create an easy practice to give you the feeling of spaciousness in  your morning no matter how rushed.

A few ideas:

*Get up 5 minutes earlier so you feel less rushed

*Create a 60 second practice (of a deep breath and gratitude)

*Set an intention for the day

*Pull an inspiration card or quote

*Set up the morning the night before (pick out your outfit, set up the coffee etc.)
