Hey lovely souls,
I think a really undervalued practice is celebrating and acknowledging where we are doing great, where we have rocked it etc. It’s too easy to only focus on what is undone (and frankly there will always be something) So that is what we are looking at this week.
What are 5-10 ways (at least) that I have rocked it in the last 6 months?
Be sure to look at this and tell yourself Great Job. Remember these times will help serve as evidence when you feel like it’s too much. And in this celebration it will remind you that “You’ve got this”
