Bits of Joy- Friday 5


5 Ways to bring a bit more  joy into your day:

  1.  Get or pick fresh flowers, choose a type or color that makes your eyes happy!
  2. Photos: Take some of something, someone that makes you feel some joy! Look at a photo that makes you smile.
  3. Text, call or message with someone that makes you happy, that makes you laugh or makes you feel joyful!
  4. Listen to an upbeat or good memory invoking song
  5. Create: Even for just 5 minutes, allow yourself to create a doodle, collage layers of paint .
