A Monday Mindful Moment:

Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today, I encourage you to look notice how many times you say or think the word “Should”

There are times where it just seems to be the only word that “fits”  then there is the other 98% of the time 😀 where we use it as a space filler for obligations, others expectations and giving away our power.

I am not even suggesting at this point that you try to shift it. Just that you tune in and notice how often it pops up in your head or out of your mouth.
