Hey Beautiful Souls!
This week our Monday Mindfulness Moment is about savoring what we are eating.
If you are like me, then you often eat sorta fast and often distractedly. So today, this week I encourage you to savor at least one bite and or one sip for one or all of your meals.
It would be great to really sit in an savor each and every bite of all your meals or one entire meal. But.. I am not there, not even close either so let’s start with one tiny step then another!
