Add a little beauty to your day- Friday 5



  1. Drink your water (or anything) in a pretty glass/cup
  2. Let some light in (if the weather is nice enough, let in some air too!)
  3. Light a candle
  4. Do something kind for yourself, for someone else (this can be as “simple” as smiling, holding the door open, putting on some lotion, really listening, sending a text/email/message to say hi, thinking of you..
  5. Put on something that makes you feel good, that makes you feel like  you (even if you are not going out.. you are doing this for YOU!)
