This week’s Self and Soul Care feels fitting for what I am seeing in my virtual and real life surroundings. It’s essentially 4 steps to infuse a little joy and calm. These can help support us in shifting our energy, even if just a little!
1) Take a deep breath (hand on heart, eyes closed)
2) Make a list of things that bring you joy (big and small)
3) Schedule in 1 or more of those things for the weekend or week coming up
4) Find something beautiful in your surroundings, right where you are.
