Reminders for rough days- Friday 5


Hey Beautiful Soul!

We all have rough days, it’s really easy to get sucked into that energy and feel like nothing is going “right’ Sometimes we just need to be reminded that this is not “it” or everything!

  1. You’ve got this. You have done difficult things before and are stronger and wiser for it.
  2. You know way more than you give yourself credit for. Trust yourself.
  3. This too shall pass
  4. You are not alone. You are guided, held and surrounded by people who have felt or gone through what you are right now. Even if you have never met them.
  5. Remember to look at where you have rocked it. It’s so easy to look at the undone, the not yets etc and to not even acknowledge what we have accomplished, where we showed up fully, where we acted with courage etc.
