Do you find yourself saying you want certain things but then find yourself doing the opposite?
I do, way too often actually!
We often have this expectation that if we say it, then things will magically unfold, our willpower or circumstances will change…
When we want something ( to eat better, quit something, start something, let go of something etc) we need to look at how we can support ourselves in that change.
Example: If I say I wan to eat better, yet my kitchen is filled with junk food, that’s not really supportive to myself. If I however, start filling it with healthier choices I am supporting the change I desire.
So this week, ask yourself…
How can I support myself best in something I really want in my life? One or two small shifts?!
