8. Use something you’ve been saving until…
9. Bring in a plant Or tend to yours

Let’s talk about distractions! Most times they serve us in some way or another .
They come wrapped up so many ways we often don’t even realize they are occurring.
I’ve asked myself and others lately in what way their distractions are serving them. I encourage you to ask yourself the same question.
While we’re at it you I encourage you ( and myself ) to explore in what ways the distraction depleting as well.
Other things to ponder about distractions
What is distracting me?
Is this supporting how I want to show up? How I want to feel? What Is want to accomplish?
Not all distractions are bad , sometimes they are what we need for our mental health at the time.
Don’t beat yourself up, this is simply about starting to explore our distractions.

Hey inspiring souls!
I thought I’d share a few ideas I’m using for creative organizing.
The top image is dollar store pencil pouches with rings to secure together. I’m using mine for Washi. There are a lot of uses for these though. Some being small images, floss for cross stitching, watercolor paints and brushes, a little journal and pens etc….
Second one is a pretty dish I got from a thrift store. I use to hang my earrings on. This could also be used for various things. Washi, change, crystals etc
I will be exploring my supplies to see what I can us creatively. I invite you to do the same.

It’s November already, how that happened I don’t know! But here we are!
Grab your journal, planner, notes app or whatever feels right and take a few minutes to reflect and set intentions.
In October what were my wins and woes? We are all great about focusing on our woes and undones. It’s important to look at our wins. It helps us know whats working and whats not.

How will I set myself up for success, how will I support myself?
That might mean making your holiday meal a potluck, getting some things prepped, going non traditional, skipping some gatherings you usually go to because you feel maxed out already, creating traditions that feel right to you even if they are not “traditional”

Hello Lovely Souls!
With life being so full for many of us in various ways and things feeling like they are going fast and often chaotic. It’s really easy for many of us to get caught up in that energy. We don’t even realize it’s happening most of the time!
The thing is that we can choose a different energy and a different story. The first step to shifting it is to realize and name where you are at currently. This is not time to beat yourself up. This is simply noticing… It might be like hey I feel like I am reacting all the time and I really want to respond. I am noticing that the chatoic energy of others or my space seems to trigger that same type of energy in me.
Here is the mantra to go along with this..
I choose calm over chaos. or I check in with myself and I can choose calm over chaos.

For many of us Fall is here (even if the weather is still feeling otherwise!)
Lifes demands and distractions often divert our attention into reacting vs responding.
Giving yourself space and permission to really name what you want from the season is one way to help counteract that.
Some prompts to help you explore what you want from this season…
And here are a list of ideas of some possible fall activities (some will be going on my list for sure!)
Decorate with mini pumpkins, make chili, get a cozy pair of slipper socks, a cozy blanket, redo the stack of books for ones you either want to read and will make time for or love to just flip through, set up a little tea station/spot in your cupboard (or other cozy drinks), take a series of pictures of the changes of the season surrounding you, study leaves and the amazing colors and patterns that nature provides, start or finish a journal, bake something, plan ahead for the holidays so there will not be so much pressure (start gift shopping or list making etc.), learn something new, get outside in the crisp air, have a picnic
