Hey Beautiful Soul,
I find that so often as we go about life and all it holds that we can into autopilot mode even with ourselves and our thoughts.
When was the last time that you slowed down, stopped even and checked in with yourself? Take a moment today (or several times today, or daily!) and ask yourself the following. A Truth Check in of sorts…
- How am I feeling physically, hows my body feeling. What feels good and what is feeling out of whack, stiff, uncomfortable?
- How am I feeling emotionally? Really, truthfully how am I feeling. (with this one I encourage you to expand upon the usual response fine, good, ok… and go a bit deeper. Tender, raw, joyful, anxious, chaotic, peaceful, open, exhausted) etc… us as many as you need. Some of them may seem like they conflict, embrace that.
- Truthfully what do I need right now (from myself, from this moment, this day etc…)
