This week’s journal prompt is one that we may need to ask ourselves over and over as we venture out of (or on the perimeter of) our comfort zone.

Can I, Am I willing to show up despite the fear?

Sometimes the answer will be a shaky but for sure yes… other times it may be a not this time or not yet . This could apply in so many areas for our lives from creativity to a move or career change, starting our own business, going back to school or simply speaking up about our beliefs or needs.

I have been doing Journal Prompts for years on this blog. I am a huge advocate of journaling and I wanted to keep doing so, but to mix it up a bit. So I decided to start sharing found journal prompts (words, maybe even images) from magazines, junk mail, etc…

So this week’s is: Remember this..

Hey Inspiring Souls,

We all have things we feel are blocking us from being, doing, buying, feeling what we seek.  One way to help uncover what some of those things (or perception of those things stopping us) is to ask yourself this:

If I didn’t____ I would______ 

There are so many ways to go with this prompt for all different areas of our lives. I encourage you to set a time for say 5-10 minutes and just let it flow out (try not to overthink it, go with your gut)
