I Need- Little Inspirations

Hey Inspiring Souls!

Often with these little inspirations they are really more of a flow of thought, soul notes as I like to call them those are often little tidbits that I feel a tugging to capture (sometimes on an app in my phone, a journal, a piece of scratch paper, a post it.. ) I know that often with these things i am not the only one feeling them so I share so that you may be inspired, know you are not alone and be reminded.

5 Ways to… To use lists

Hey Inspiring Souls!

I may have mentioned before I really love lists! I know I am not the one! So I thought I would list 5 ways to use lists.

1-To Keep you on track daily, weekly monthly or yearly.

2-To Inspire you into action, remind you what inspires you.

3-To vent, list the things that are annoying you, frustrations let it all out

4-To keep grateful, if you have a list of gratitude to go to when you are having those down days it can give you a nice reminder of all the good even if it feels like there is only bad surrounding you at the moment.

5-To get to know yourself, you can write a list using a prompt to list your values, likes, dislikes, hearts desires, things about you..

I hope this gives you another way to use your lists in a way that will inspire you!

Inspiration Through the Lens..

I am adding a new category on my blog called Inspiration Through the Lens. This is to show some of the shots I found that inspired me through my week or before.. Since the December Views has been over, I usually only put an image on my blog if it sort of fits with what I am posting about.. This category will change that, I will just put the pics that inspire me that I have taken..

In honor of Valentines Day I am doing a themed one this time- Hearts and Flowers..  Even if you don’t have a significant other, you can take Valentines as a day to show a little extra TLC for someone else or for yourself..
